All firearms must be shipped to an FFL after payment is made in full.

• We do not ship to any states where our products are banned. This may include CA, CT, MA, NY, NJ, MD, VT, IL (Chicago, Cook County), D.C. Please check your local firearms laws and restrictions before purchasing.
• Orders placed from states with a magazine limit restriction will ship without a magazine.
• If a firearm arrives damaged, please immediately document any damage including packaging damage. All UPS/Fedex ground shipments include insurance coverage.
• It is the customers responsibility to obtain any licenses or permits required to take possession of the firearm. Failure to meet those requirements is not grounds for a return. 

Return authorization will be allowed solely at the discretion of NRC Industries, LLC. Authorized returns may subject to a restocking fee up to 25%. All returns are subject to additional deductions for any damages. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us before 8:00 PM EST the same day you placed your order. Cancellation of Custom Build orders and orders with custom modifications may also be subject to a restocking fee. The buyer must arrange insured return shipping with tracking. NRC Industries, LLC holds no liability to reimburse lost return shipments. 

Given the extraordinary demand for firearm components, specific part availability of custom orders may be subject to change. If parts chosen in your order are out of stock or can not be sourced, we will suggest equivalent replacements and get approval before proceeding.
